At ISC, our programs and services promote Wellness, Empowerment, and Wisdom for all seniors. We provide van transportation, a light breakfast, and a nutritious lunch every day.

Daily exercise classes (Tai-Chi and Zumba)
Wellness checks and monitoring chronic health conditions
Health presentations on topics such as nutrition, dementia, and disease prevention
Mental health support groups
Foot care clinic

Case management with a licensed social worker
Civic engagement activities
Monthly food pantry through a partnership with Heart Ministry Center

English classes

Citizenship classes
Arts and crafts
Field trips into the community
Intergenerational activities


ISC offers van transportation to clients depending on availability, location in the city, and other factors. Transportation options are discussed during the intake process. Please contact ISC for more information.

The Intercultural Senior Center is in compliance with Title VI obligations under FTA Circular 4702.1B. Section 601 under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states the following:
