WHAT IS OMAHA GIVES? Omaha Gives! is a 24-hour online event organized by the Omaha Community Foundation and held on May 23 to raise money for nonprofits in our community—and that includes the Intercultural Senior Center!

As one of our most loyal supporters, we hope you’ll participate with a minimum $10 gift on the designated day. Your donation helps make our life-enhancing programs possible, and we couldn’t do it without you. Just imagine helping ISC guests expand their horizons by providing:

·         door-to-door transportation

·         ESL and ESL sign language

·         basic computer skills

·         daily Zumba or Tai Chi classes

·          nutrition guidance

·         senior care case management

·         foot care clinic

·         blood pressure/diabetes checks

·         support groups

·         field trips

·         light breakfast

·         nutritious noon meal

·         monthly food pantry

·         sewing, crafts, and gardening

·         cultural dance, music, and art classes

P.S.  The event is May 23, but you can start scheduling your donations for that day beginning May 1. (Transactions will not be processed until the 23rd.) Just schedule it in advance and rest easy knowing you’ve taken care of one of the causes you most care about.
